  2. This technology is really interesting, and I would like to elaborate on the necessity of such device. I do not think that this chip is necessary because of the secondary effects that produces on people can be quite serious--imagine having electric waves near your heart! There are many tracking devices that are equally functional and much more secure to people like GPS bracelets. It is unnecessary and harmful.

  3. This was indeed a very interesting topic; however, I think it brings much more disadvantages than advantages. It could work on trained people for specific tasks, for example, for military tasks, or government security, but I think it is not useful for "normal" people or civilians like us since all the undesired effects. Besides, you also mentioned that the chip is useless when someone get lost in the middle of nowhere since there are not readers around, so what would be the benefit of this? I think this should be implanted on "dangerous" people, or in people that have just got out of jail, for example.
