All things are now possible with the evolution of the technology, even answering a phone call with no ringtone. Many cell phone users complain about how bothering is listening to somebody else's ringtone in public places, especially when the tune is not of their like. To avoid this, the cellphone company, NOKIA, is trying to incorporate a new system for answering incoming call: a vibrating tattoo.
Nokia has proposed the use of a material (still unknown) capable of staying stuck on the skin and capable of perceiving magnetic fields, that will be transformed into muscular stimulus, which will let people know that they are receiving an incoming call, a text message, or just a new mail.
Embedding a cell phone on a person sounds very perturbing, but think about this positively; you will not be able to miss a phone call anymore and horrible ringtones will not be listened anymore for the rest of the people. The vibration that this tattoo emits will be imperceptible for others and will work as the evolution of the ringtone.

ReplyDeleteNow I feel weird that I'm commenting your entries haha, but your posts are very interesting.
ReplyDeleteI think that yes, it is a little disturbing but on the bright side we will never miss a phonecall again. And who doesn't hate to miss someone's call?
Now the interesting part is that you will be able to feel it on your skin, and I find it perfect for me.
I always put my cellphone on silence and under my sleeve because I find that it is easier for me to feel incoming calls. I can feel it on my skin and I hate to bother other people with my music.
This would be just awesome for me.!
P.s: Ups!I had to delete it and repost it :B
